Q: When does my order ship?

Orders are processed 48-hours after placement and are shipped the following business day.


Q: When do I receive my tracking number?

A notification will automatically be sent when the item has been shipped.

  • An invoice is sent by email containing a link to complete your direct payment.
  • Upon receipt your order processes and ships to your shipping address. A notification will automatically be sent when the order has been shipped.

Q: How do Returns Work?
Orders have an eligability period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligable items are damaged upon delivery and can be exchanged for a replacement product or credit towards a future purchase. Payment refunds are not offered.

Item eligability is determined when the product has been received and confirmed.

  • Item not damaged upon receiving or is damaged by  misuse.
